NXT Tag Team Champions, the War Raiders made their debut on Monday Night RAW tonight. Fans of Hansen & Rowe were excited to see them get a shot on the main roster.
But they aren’t called the War Raiders anymore. Nope. They’re called…
That’s right. Hansen & Rowe are now called Ivar & Erik, collectively known as the Viking Experience.
Props to Corey Grave’s for coming up with the band-aid line “you may know them under different circumstances”. So far no word on why the change was made.
In addition to the Viking Experience, Punishment Martinez also walked away with a new name today.
Punishment Martinez will now be known as Damien Priest. The news came after Martinez did an interview for the Sports Business Journal.
Martinez also revealed that Damien Priest will have an even darker side, complete with new gear & new music.
“I’ve always been into the weird, the odd, the dark, so that’s the character I’ve always represented,” Martinez explained.
