Director Spike Lee wasn’t exactly pleased when his movie “BlacKkKlansman” lost out to “Green Book” for Best Picture at the Academy Awards Sunday. Spike Lee was quoted as saying afterwards, “The ref made the wrong call.” It wasn’t all a loss for the long-time director. BlacKkKlansman did win an Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.
